Thank you Adrian. My social anxiety is so bad that it has affected my education and even my job. Your post has shown me I can start afresh once again and learn to become comfortable in social situations.

However, my question is how do I actually practise my social skills. I thought about taking a job (e.g. cashier or waiter) that would help me improve my social skills but I already work as a writer and I am building a career in that path.

Since I’ve been in isolation for so long, I really don’t have places to go to. I would really appreciate can proffer some ways in which I can start practising my social skills. Thanks.

And please never stop posting! You’re one of my best writers on Medium.
